Who we are

nexware s. r. o., Ota Holúska 9093/3C, 841 06 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 50 300 016 ("we"). Contact: hello@tablifeboat.com.

What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the browser you selected and the page you signed up from. We use them only to tell you about the launch of Tab Lifeboat and, at most once before launch, to ask what you need from it. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you confirm by email and can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which passes your signup to MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, EU). MailerLite stores the waitlist and sends the emails as our processor. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or at the latest 12 months after launch if you do not become a customer.

Analytics and fonts

We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. Fonts are served by Bunny Fonts (EU). This site sets no cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk).
